Absolutely stunning smaller hat for any occasion , which is mounted on a smaller base with elastic and sits on top of the crown . It can be mount on a headband as well. This one is done in  Royal blue color, but taking orders for a wide variety of colors. This hat will definitely make a statement anywhere you go!! One size fits all! Please note, since all this pieces are custom made and due to the nature of crinoline, the design might slightly vary. Each piece will be a bit different from the picture- though I’ll try to make it as close as possible to the piece seen on this photo.
