This hat is made of triple layer of  sinamay and adorned with large hand rold loops and feathers upfront and on the back to get a 3 D effect.

All the hats are shipped via UPS 2-3 mail, All my hats are fully insured. Rushed orders are possible, but additional charges will apply.
