Absolutely stunning cocktail hat- fascinator , which is mounted on a smaller base with elastic , comb and sits on top of the crown .  Can be mounted on a headband.
This headpiece  is done in red, but taking orders for a wide variety of colors. This hat will definitely make a statement anywhere you go!! One size fits all!
