Due to the nature of the product and the fact that all items are custom made to fit your head measurements there are absolutely no refunds.
If you have questions about your head size and how to measure your head, please don’t hesitate to ask.
I want you to be happy with my purchase and encourage you to ask questions in advance of purchasing.
If the hat returns back to me as unclaimed by the buyer, the time of holding it here in a store is only 30 days.
Alterations are free, though you pay shipping both ways
