Made on a small round base, a hand made silk/taffeta flower, velvet leaves, Russian veil and coque and horse hair feathers.
This hat is attached to elastic and a comb for your convenience. It’s also can be moved to either sides of your head.

Excellent choice for a wedding party, races, church and any other special occasion.
